Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, Solo and Switch. We always charge for any item as soon it is ordered.If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order.
Shipping And Handling

Standard Delivery UK

DELIVERY IS CURRENTLY FREE TO ALL DESTINATIONS This normally costs 3.95 per order - no matter how many parcels we send.

In-stock items are dispatched the next day - please allow 3 to 5 working days* for the goods to arrive. Deliveries are made from 9am until 8pm and may require a signature. For this reason, you may like to nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign.

Please note: Pretty Small shoes Ltd does not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (eg shed, garage neighbour etc) we can not accept responsibility if you fail to receive your parcel.

Please note: During our sale period, due to the high volume of orders we receive, orders can take longer than normal to be dispatched. However we will do our utmost to ensure you will receive your parcel within 5 working days.


Anything ordered on a Friday afternoon, during the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the following working day.

All parcels are delivered by Royal Mail Parcelforce . In the case of international deliveries Parcelforce will pass on the the shipment to your own national post office network.

Please note: Saturday and Sundays are NOT classed as working days by us or our delivery carriers, for this reason anything ordered on a Thursday afternoon or Friday morning will be delivered on the following Monday and anything ordered from Friday afternoon up until Monday morning will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order right away. We will normally despatch your UK orders to you in 2-3 business days. International orders are generally received in under 8 business days.

You must inform us within 7 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, all prices are inclusive of tax. For all other regions prices are tax exclusive.

Returns Policy

We have every confidence that you will be delighted with your bigcatwalk.com purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied please return any item to us in its original condition, including all packaging, within 60 days of receipt, and we will gladly exchange the goods, refund you or give an account credit for them if required (excluding items purchased wholesale).

If you need to return any item to us, please use the `internet returns` address lable included with your items, include a note confirming your name and order number and any action you require (if you are returning from a destination outside the european union then you MUST fill out an appropriate customs form stating `no commercial value - internet returns` otherwise we may be charged import taxes to recieve you goods back from you and this may not be recoverable by us).

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, or underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, or cosmetic products if they have been used or the hygiene seal is broken, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact.

Returning Goods Bought as Special Offers
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for 20.00') you will be refunded the full price of that item less the total discount given in the offer. If you return all items purchased with the multi-buy discount you will be refunded with the full multi-buy value.

For combination purchases ("buy one, get one free" or "get the lowest priced item free"), you must return any free items or vouchers back for us to process a refund.
